Q1: Do your phone cases offer full protection?

In our e-Store offer protective cases or cases are designed as a fashion accessory, and while they will protect against minor bumps and scratches, unfortunately no case is indestructible, and we do not warrant that any of our cases will protect your phone against all circumstances.


Q2: Can you tell me more information about your products?

We work hard to include as much information about our products (in our product descriptions) on the product page, but if there’s something more specific you’d like to know, please search for it on the internet.


Q3: Why can’t I find an item that I’ve seen advertised?

We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however sometimes this isn’t always possible – if there is something you see advertised, and it isn’t in stock yet please keep your eyes on our e-Store and Social Media for new products!


Q4: How can I find out if you’ll be getting a restocking of a product I want?

Due to high demand, some items in our e-Store do sell out very quickly! However, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated.

Q5: I have received a Smartletter ‘Back in Stock’ email, but when I go to order the item is still sold out?

When you sign up to our Smartletter notifications you’ll be updated as soon as possible, when your favorite items are available, even if only a few units are available in stock.
On this occasion it seems like the item became sold out again before you had a chance to buy! Keep your eyes on your emails for possible future notifications though.


Q6: Do your products offer a warranty?

Yes, on certain products we offer a warranty from the date you place your order. You will find warranty details on the product details.


Q7: How to Find Warranty Information for any product?

You will find warranty details on the product details.


Q8: Are some products tested on animals such as make up?

No, we never test on animals and never will!


Q9: Are the vegan/vegetarian products in your e-Store being friendly?

Yes, if a product is vegan, we will always specify this within the product information.


Q10: Are any of your items made using real fur?

Hell no! So, any fur items you see on our e-Store are faux fur only!


Q11: How do I find out what ingredients are in your products?

We try and feature this on all products that include ingredients, if we have missed any, or you would like more information please contact our Customer Service & Support team with the product name for further information.
