For all orders postcode restrictions do apply. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to an P.O.Box address or APO address.

Q10: Can I track the status of my order?

At the most Yes, depends on Product. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order.

 


Q11: What happens if nobody is in when my order is delivered?

If no one is in home during delivery, the local Courier will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your parcel or will also be left with a neighbor, in a safe place or alternatively, with your local post office. The parcel stay to 7 work days in your local post office, then will be sent back to us, and you will be refunded.

 


Q12: What if I have paid, but my order does not arrive in the time frame?

If your order has not been delivered to you within the promised time, please contact us with your order details and a member of our  Customer Service & Support Team will be able to help further.

 


Q13: Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?

Custom and import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

 

 

Q14: Why do parcels take so long to be delivered?

Some people experience late shipping delivery from a courier company, but it is comforting to know that sometimes you can somewhat influence the delivery time.

Delivery times are based on the date of dispatch - not the time of ordering. There are 1 - 3 days to process your order.

Distance: The most common factor influencing the delivery time and causing a late delivery is the travelling distance of the packages.

Shipping method: Standard or Express Shipping.

 

 

Q15: What are the reasons for delayed delivery?

The most common factors leading to delayed delivery are the following:

1) Misspell, incomplete or outdated address.

2) Failed delivery attempts.

3) Incorrectly completed Checkout with us.

4) Unclear writing due to bad printing quality.

5) No doorbell: The person who receives a parcel must sign a confirmation document.

6) Marked as undeliverable: when the packages reach the first depot, they are scanned. If the courier company’s employees suspect that they contain restricted items (lithium batteries, etc), the parcels are marked as undeliverable.

7) Weather conditions.

8) Strikes: in some countries.

9) The delivery address is a Postal Office (P.O.Box): we are not able to deliver to an P.O.Box address or APO address.

10) Refused by the recipient.

11) Courier drivers have a prescheduled route.

 

 

Q16: How to avoid Delivery Delays?

1) Check the addresses.

2) Complete your Checkout process successfully: 

Once you’ve placed an order with us, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email to the address provided. If you did you not receive an email, please check your spam / junk folder and double check you entered your email address correctly.

3) Attempt to deliver a package. Courier companies usually make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver the box but on different days.

 

 

Q17: How can I check if anything is wrong, in case my package is delayed?

To follow the progress of your parcels, make sure you check the tracking system of the courier company. In case you notice any unusual status, we recommend you to contact the courier company to be able to remedy the delayed delivery situation as soon as possible.
